You want to solo Greninja Tera Raids after the event is over, reliably? Look no further! I will show you the ways! Not only is this method an excuse to build an amazing Dudunsparce raider it is actually very effective!
-------
Unlike Cinderace raids, I don't believe there is a fast way to do this solo due to the way Greninja is scripted to act out of turn. Also due to it being a mixed attacker.
But there is at least one reliable way to do it, and for that you'll have to watch the video. :)

Strat prompts
"Don't do anything until Greninja resets your stats. This only happens once" (Roughly ~1 minute wait)
"Now we're free to setup. Start with Calm Mind"
"One NPC always uses Defense Cheer on the first turn, it helps a lot."
"Alternate between Calm Mind and Coil every turn."
"If one NPC has Intimidate you can use Calm Mind twice before Coil."
"Hydro Pump and Gunk Shot can crit for about 50% your HP."
"Use Roost before your HP goes below 50% for safety!"
"Our goal now is to use Coil 4x and Calm Mind 5x."
"With an Intimidate NPC you can instead go Coil 3x and Calm Mind 6x."
"With this the setup is ready. Roost to full HP, and then attack."
"A good example of using Roost near the 50% HP mark."
"Because this is a drawn out battle I recommend maxing Roost's PP."
"It's time to Stored Power. Usually takes 3 SP to destroy the shield."
"And a few more to finish the job."
"Some NPCs may drop Sp.Def stages with moves like Energy Ball or Psychic."
"You can optionally go Tera Psychic after the shield is down. But it's not really needed."

Detailed Strategy Tips
Slowbro Strategy
- Slack Off one time before the stats reset. This is to avoid the AFK system forcing you to move. This will maintain your HP at 100% and avoid losing HP unnecessarily as your stats boosts would be deleted soon. In the video, you can see how all the other Slowbros rush to setup their stat boosts whereas Im ready to go and at full HP.
- After the stats reset, start building up your stats with 3x Iron Defense first then 3x Nasty plot. If your supports use defensive moves like Reflect, Charm or Chilling Water you can get away with 1 or 2 Iron Defense.
- Once youve built up enough stats start attacking with Stored Power.
- Use Slack Off whenever youre at about 50% HP. Night Slash crits peak at just over 50% damage if you go with the Modest build, or just below 50% with Bold.
Vaporeon Strategy
- Use Acid Armor once or twice then use Fake Tears. After the 1st Acid Armor theres a chance Greninja will use Hydro Pump and heal you. Almost guaranteed after the 2nd.
- You could just wait until the stats reset, but the anti-AFK can make you move unwillingly.
- After the stats reset start setting up for real with Acid Armor first and then Calm Mind.
- Use Acid Armor up to 3 times and Calm Mind up to 6 times.
- After that start using Stored Power. If your team mates use Acid Spray, you can get away with 3-4 Calm Minds.
NOTE: Reflect lowers physical damage and Light Screen lowers special damage, but both are ignored by critical hits.
Sunny Day lowers ALL water damage including critical hits.
Corviknight Strategy
- Open with Reflect / Light Screen or Sunny Day.
- Use Defog on the second turn.
- Use Fake Tears/Screech up to 3 times before the shield goes up. Once the shield goes up Fake Tears cant be used.
- Use Roost when your HP goes below 50%. Or a healing cheer.
Toxapex Strategy
- Open with Haze.
- Use Acid Spray up to 3 times.
- Use Chilling Water on the raid boss to lower attack.
- You can also use Chilling Water on a teammate Vaporeon to heal them through Water Absorb. Dont this on other Pokémon though!
- Recover when youre at about 30% health.
Qwilfish Strategy
- Open with Haze.
- Use Acid Spray up to 3 times.
- Use Accupressure after youve used Acid Spray 3 times.
- Use Chilling Water on the raid boss to lower attack.
- You can also use Chilling Water on a teammate Vaporeon to heal them through Water Absorb. Dont this on other Pokémon though!
Revavroom Strategy
- Open with Sunny Day so you can tank hits more reliably. This cuts down water damage including critical hits.
- Use Haze to reset Double Team evasion boosts. Keep an eye on your teammates, if another support uses Haze turn 1 you can skip this.
- You can open with Haze as well but if you take a Hydro Pump critical hit youll be in trouble. Do not use Haze later.
- Use Parting Shot a few times before the shield goes up.
- Use Acid Spray up to 3 times after the shield goes up.
- Use Sunny Day whenever the sun goes out so keep an eye on that!
- Healing Cheer when necessary.
Gastrodon Strategy
- Open with Clear Smog to clear the evasion boosts.
- Use Chilling Water to lower Greninjas attack - this may also cause it to use Hydro Pump against you and feed you Sp.Atk boosts.
- You can also use Chilling Water on a teammate Vaporeon to heal them through Water Absorb. Dont this on other Pokémon though!
- Use Earth Power once Greninja is at -6 Special Defense or you have several Sp.Atk boosts. Youll need to rely on teammates to achieve this, which is why this Gastrodon is only a good pick as a secondary support!
- Or use Mud-Slap any time.
- Use Recover, or cheer, when necessary.
