But how exactly do smart lights help you get better sleep? Smart lights can help you sleep better by mimicking the natural light cycle. In the morning, they can gradually brighten to simulate a sunrise, helping you wake up feeling refreshed and alert. At night, they can gradually dim to simulate a sunset, helping you wind down and fall asleep more easily. We'll get more into the science of how this works in the video.
