In this video we use the fundamental building block, Lemon Drops ( youtu.be/6KtQABj32j8 ) to learn how to skate backwards. First step is to feel comfortable gliding backwards. Once we can glide backwards we then need to look behind us as we are gliding. Finally we add a small weight transfer.
