So here’s how to Size Your Kore Belt. First, you’ll need a pair of sharp, heavy-duty scissors, or serrated knife. Next, using the printed ruler marks on the backside of the belt – find your pants size number. Then add 4 inches if you carry OWB and 6 inches if you carry IWB. So for example, if your pant size is 36” and you carry outside your waistband (+4”) your magic number is 40. If you carry inside your waistband (+6”) its 42”. Do not use a measuring tape, that will only cause a miss-cut. After you make your cut, back-out the 2 screws in the buckle, open the clamp, insert the cut end all the way into the buckle and clamp down. Lastly, gently re-tighten the 2 set screws (using provided 2.5mm wrench), taking care not to overtighten or strip them. Now you can try on your belt with your holstered firearm. Either IWB, OWB or appendix. For appendix you can choose to rotate the buckle off to one side. If the belt is still too long, remove it and trim off another inch at a time until it’s the correct length. Usually about 3 inches beyond the belt loop. The tactical belts come with a belt tip keeper.
KORE Essentials makes the best-fitting, most comfortable concealed carry belt you’ll ever wear.
How do we do it? Kore belts use a hidden track system sewn into the back of the belt. This track features 40+ sizing points, in small ¼” increments to adjust with. This means you have the ability to precisely adjust your belt – tighter or looser – for a perfect fit all day, every day. At the same time Kore belts keep your holster and firearm perfectly fitted to your hip or waist, without sagging or flopping around, so you can run your gear with confidence and comfort. Many of our customers actually tell us they get a smoother, faster draw because of it.
We were the first to create a reinforced, ratcheting belt specifically designed for firearms and have 2 U.S. patents to prove it.
