Vacation with the family doesn't mean you need to leave your wargaming gear at home! Traveling does mean you need to bring portable games that are easy to set up on the go. Today we have a guest post from Mark's Game Room, and he's taking his show on the road to the beach at Cape May, New Jersey. Inspired by some of the World War II sites in Cape May, Mark sets up the Battle of the North Cape. Let's wind the clock back to December 1943 and see if the battleship Scharnhorst can escape a trap set by the Royal Navy!
The rules you see played in this video are called "Fire at Sea," and you can download a free version of the game to play the famous meeting between HMS Hood and the Bismarck. We previously reviewed Fire at Sea on the channel: youtube.com/watch?v=OeJY2tP0qV4
Here at Little Wars TV we love showcasing the great work other historical wargaming clubs are doing. If you want to see more from Mark's Game Room in the future, just us know in the comments below! And if YOU and your club want to get in touch with us, just reach out anytime!
