This short video shows how you can easily sign up for Halton Borough Council Tax bill. The online scheme will allow you to access your bill at any time, make changes to your details, set up direct debits and more.
You will need the Account Number from your most recent paper bill and the Reference Number.

If you do not have a bill to hand, you can ring 0151 511 7771 or call in at any of our Halton Direct Link buildings to get the information you need.
You can use an image of your electronic bill to access the Merseyflow Local User Discount Scheme.
