I hope you enjoy my artist vlog - This is just, little me, trying to keep my cup so full it is overflowing! But it's been so hard!! This week I've had some challenges, a very up-and-down kind of week... but, I have been doing all the things to truly show up for myself. Not always easy is it? I'm sharing everything I've done to help myself and even though I've had some truly unproductive days, I've forgiven myself completely,; giving myself permission to just do what I needed to do. Some days my best just wasn't very good! Self-care to the max meaning; boundaries, showing up as I am, decluttering, tidy spaces, journaling, making mini-journals and of course sketching some butterflies! I've even had food poisoning on top of all my other challenges! Ah well! Sending my biggest loves & hoping you are doing ok too! Xxxxxx
