I'll show you how to turn on the in-game FPS counter using Steam.
First, click the "Steam" button in the very top left corner.
And go to "Settings."
Next, switch to the "In-Game" tab right here.
Scroll down a little bit.
To the "Overlay performance monitor."
And toggle "Show performance monitor" to the position where you want it to be located.
Next, under "Performance detail level," you can change it to see more information rather than just the FPS.
Now, all we need to do is launch any game.
And as you can see, the FPS is in the corner that we chose.
You can also change the size to the one you like better.
