![How to use Appointment Scheduling with Google Calendar 2026 | online Booking System
Lets Learn How to Use Appointment Scheduling with Google Calendar. In this video you will learn how to transform your Google Calendar into a professional booking system using Appointment Scheduling. Let’s dive in.

1️⃣ Step 1: Accessing the Tool - First, open your browser and head to calendar.google.com. Once you’re signed in, look for the Create button in the top-left corner. From the drop-down menu, select Appointment Schedule. You’ll see a setup panel appear on the left side of your screen.
2️⃣ Step 2: Naming and Duration - Start by adding a title. For this example, I’ll enter Business Website Design Service. Next, let’s set the Appointment Duration. You can choose a preset time or click Custom to enter your own. I’ll set mine to 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Step 3: General Availability - Now, let’s define when you’re open for meetings. Under General Availability, click the drop-down to choose if your schedule repeats weekly or is a one-time event. I’ll select Repeat Weekly.
You can now set your working hours for each day. If you have a split shift—for example, you want to be available on Monday from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM—just click the plus (+) sign to add that specific time block. If you’re unavailable all day on Friday, simply click the No symbol to mark it as busy.
Pro Tip: To save time, use the Copy icon next to a days schedule to instantly apply those same hours to the rest of your week.
4️⃣ Step 4: Time Zone & Scheduling Window - Scroll down to adjust your Time Zone. I’ll set mine to GMT-5 Eastern Time.
Next, let’s look at the Scheduling Window. This controls how far in advance people can book. Under Start and End Dates, you can limit bookings to a specific range—for example, February 3rd to February 15th, 2026.
To keep your schedule manageable, set the Maximum time in advance (like 30 days) and a Minimum time before the appointment. Setting a 12-hour minimum notice ensures no one can book a surprise meeting five minutes before it starts!
5️⃣ Step 5: Buffers and Limits Under Booked Appointment Settings, enable Buffer Time. This adds a mandatory break between meetings—I’ll set mine to 30 minutes so I have time to prep. You can also set a Maximum booking per day to avoid burnout.
6️⃣ Step 6: Customizing the Booking Page - Click Next. Now we’ll customize what your clients see. Under Location and Conferencing, I’ll select Google Meet. This automatically generates a video link for every booking.
In the Booking Form section, you can choose what info to collect. I’ll add a Phone Number field and mark it as required.
Conclusion - Once you’re done, hit Save. You can now click Share to copy your booking link or get the code to embed it directly onto your website.
And that’s it! You now have a professional booking system ready to go. If this video helped you, give it a like and hit that subscribe button!
