Downloading info - I recommend you use Google chrome as we host on Google Drive
Printing info - Set your printer to print at actual size - A4 (in Australia we use A4 paper)
NOTE: If printing directly from a device it may slightly reduce the pattern size, use the measuring bar as a guide - increase in printer settings - usually by 108% does the trick.
