Here's another appearance of this neon green spandex lol I got a big cut on clearance alright! In this video I'm making a tearaway skirt that velcros open and closed, hope you enjoy!

You'll need:
- About 1 yard of fabric
- Measuring tape
- Hook and Loop (Velcro)
