Fringe, fringe, fringe! It makes any costume sassier and more fabulous! In this video I'm showing you how I made my dance costume with fringe sleeves made from fabric!

I was inspired by Sharon Sharealike's video on fringe to try making some of my own using fabric instead of pre-made trim from the store as I've done before and the result was definitely fuller and fluffier! All you need is about 3 yards of stretch fabric and a matching thread :)
