Pro Capture Settings for Capturing Birds in Flight. This is how I set up my Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II Pro Capture Mode. I'll go through the camera settings for high and low speed as well as my other settings for photographing birds in flight with pro capture and save it to a preset for quick access.
