Here's my new quick and easy tutorial on setting up ePSXe, which release 1.9.0 not too far back, also included are the sound plugins, which in my opinion, are the best sound plugins, far better than the Eternal SPU plugins. There are two to choose from, both of which are DSound Repari 1.09 and 1.10, there isn't much of a difference sound-wise, but it's pretty much perfect IMHO

The name of the BIOS for NTSC is SCPH1001.bin, I cannot provide that file on my own ;) For PAL it's SCPH7502.bin, these are the names, please don't ask me where to get them. Hope this guide helps!
