The "best" way to kill yourself is using a drone death from drone pilot. That way, you can use the drone to give intel for your teammate and drone death will make you re-spawn. You can also pick up the drone tablet when you re-spawn if you are alone in the hex. Thanks to Panteflue for this tip :)
Forgot to mention that you want to hug the left beam as you crouch under that porch.
