Roland TD-9 MIDI configuration set up.
With the module on, first go into settings, then MIDI, then turn Local Control Off. This will mute the built in drum audio coming from the TD-9. Then connect your TD-9 to your mac or pc using a midi cable. For this set up I recommend using the Roland UM-ONE MK2. I've always used this midi cable and it's been great. Make sure you have the updated drivers installed to your computer for the UM-ONE MK2. Your cable will not connect if they are not updated. I hope you enjoyed the video!
