This is a great web host for those who may need occasional tech help. We always recommend this for those getting their first site going. Best of all, it’s a very inexpensive host, especially for everything you get!
WordPress.org – The platform of choice!
There are so many options and endless customizability (is that even a word?) with WordPress. Best of all, it’s FREE!
Most web hosts have an easy install option for WordPress, so you don’t even have to go to this site to download it.
Themeforest – We love this market for WordPress themes. Many of the themes are less than $50 and have so many amazing features that will make your site stand out. Here is a search for WordPress themes with 4+ stars made for creative websites to get your search started.
