How to Send MIDI Clock to External Synths/Other DAWs (Rapid-fire REAPER Tutorials Ep81)

Hey folks! This is a continuation of the last RFRT on syncing DAWs and external synths with REAPER. Our method last week works fine enough for most synths, but once we get into the realm of arpeggiators, Drum machines and other time-based stuff, we need to also send a MIDI Clock to our external noisemakers.
