In this video, I'll teach you how to sell options for passive income in any market condition.
A covered call is an options trading strategy that involves an investor holding a long position in an underlying asset, such as a stock, while simultaneously writing (selling) call options on the same asset. This approach aims to generate additional income from the premiums received by selling the call options.
A "cash-secured put" strategy is an options trading strategy where an investor sells (writes) a put option on a stock while simultaneously setting aside enough cash in their account to buy the underlying shares if the put option is exercised, essentially allowing them to potentially purchase the stock at a lower price than the current market price in exchange for receiving a premium from selling the put option; this strategy is considered conservative because the investor has the necessary funds to buy the stock if assigned.
