My tractor had a leakign tire and had to breal the bead to clean wheel before placing seat or bead back on. I used starting fluid which is very flamable and dangerous. Always use caution when seating bead on tire. I had a tire shop but was closed around the time I got home so I went this route. inflate tire after bead is set or tire will start to suck in.
