jo is sick, and dean struggles with the fact. he makes a deal with a demon trading his life for hers. but as jo watches dean get sick, she cannot deal with the guilt of being responsible for ending his life. before he can stop her, she makes her own deal with the yellow-eyed demon, turning back time so that she dies of her disease and leaving dean heartbroken, but healthy.
