Using the EVO cut with the correct nosepiece ensures that only the plastic cable tie strap is cut and there is no inadverntent damage to the wiring harness insulation. The EVO cut is suitable for zip ties around flexible and rigid bundles. It is recommended for use on wiring harnesses with a high value.
