These tests were done with a level 74 sin. Focused evasion is a good protection if things go wrong, it helps to make up for the little mistakes that can happen here and there. Constant sprinting helps a lot reduce the time per run which can fall under 5 minutes once you get used to it. Every 15 seconds that you can get here and there helps, if you consider a 5 minute run and multiply that by 12, that's already half a run extra.
The scroll only needs to be taken if using the door controls don't transform you or if you die and are bugged I guess (which happened 0 time to me throughout my 5H30).
It is still worth doing the instance with the constant 50% XP event, especially since we don't know when we'll see it again, and the gains from it are worth not skipping it.
Some improvements can probably be made here and there for sure, but it's overall a pretty straightforward way.
