One of the most challenging things in DayZ is organising large groups. Once you have more than about 5 people, things get really interesting. The more people you add, the more likely it is to turn into a complete clusterfuck.
Recently there was a large organised raid streamed by Boydy, where 23 people have started with a convoy before arriving at a base which they successfully broke in to and looted. On the way it got fairly messy, yet was one of the most successful events I have seen with this many people involved.
