Microsoft Edge is a completely new web browser with a minimal design that focus on deliver a better web experience. It’s fast, compatible, and built for the modern web experience like Chrome and Firefox, But due to some online viruses, or programs the Microsoft edge app gets constantly crashing, slow performance, simply it won't launch after click on logo, not starting at all anymore, displaying error messages when you are using it.

If you were running Chrome or Firefox, and you're having similar issues, you should try to uninstall and reinstall the web browser to try to resolve the problem. However, like Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge is part of Windows 10 and It's nearly impossible to uninstall the app But Reset Microsoft Edge browser To Default Settings in Windows 10 can fix This Problem.
Note : You might lose your favourite, settings, history and passwords saved in Microsoft Edge after perform Reseting Option.
Microsoft Edge Soft Reset
Starting from Basic Troubleshoot just try to clear cache files, Browsing History, Cookies, saved website data ect.
To Do this open Edge Browser click on three dots (…) to open settings. Then in SETTINGS pane, Scroll down until you find the "clear browsing data"
Here By default, Browsing History, Cookies, saved website data, and Cached data files are checked, but you can choose from additional data options in the list by click on Show more. select all and clear all data.
Perform Hard Reset Using Windows power Shell
First Close The Edge Browser if its Running.
Now open This PC, Click the View tab and then check Hidden items checkbox to see all hidden files and folders.
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Packages ( Where “C” is the drive where Windows 10 is installed, and UserName is your account name. )
Now look for the folder named Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe and delete it.
Now need to re-register Microsoft Edge. To do so, open Windows PowerShell with admin rights on power shell and type bellow command.
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}
after execute the command simply Restart the windows. hope after perform this your edge browser will get fixed.
