To reset a connection on a Magic Mouse, on the computer that it was previously paired, go to the Apple icon, System Settings, Bluetooth, and here, right click on the mouse and press forget.
If you don’t have acces to the computer it was previously connected, then turn off the magic mouse, hold down the click, so just press on the mouse, and while holding the click turn on the mouse. If you have the first version of magic mouse, a green light will start to flicker, signaling it is in pairing mode. On the second version you don’t get the light, but you can still see it in the bluetooth menu, under nearby devices.
