If there is a leak, water will slowly drain from the tank and down to the leak path. The WaterWISE toilet fill valve will detect this leak and not refill the tank with water. This may result in an empty tank next time you try to flush the toilet. A weak, or no flush, is your signal that there was a leak. If this occurs, your WaterWISE toilet fill valve needs to be reset. Hold the handle down or pull up on the red chain attached to the fill valve for five seconds. The tank will then refill with water allowing a proper flush.
