In this video we will be going through step by step guide on replacing the water pump on this 2019 Honda CRF1000D Africa Twin. This old water pump has started to show signs of wear as it is seeping oil from the weep hole and out of the case. This water pump in particular is mounted INSIDE of the right engine case. X 91315-MGS-D20 RING, BACK-UP (8X11)
X 19226-MJP-G50 GASKET, WATER PUMP BODY
X 19200-MJP-G50 WATER PUMP
X 91315-MJP-G51 SEAL, WATER PIPE
X 11394-MJP-G51 GASKET, R. CRANKCASE COVER
X 90488-425-000 WASHER, SEALING (6MM)
X 91307-MGE-D01 O-RING (81X2.2)
X 10W30 Engine oil (5qt)
X OIL FILTERS (BOTH IF DTC) OPTIONAL
X 50/50 PREMIX COOLANT
X. Some type of RTV sealant
