Ever wonder how to replace a Dwyer Instruments, Inc. Series V6 Flotect® Switch? Let us show you how. Switches can be replaced with the Series V6 installed inline via 6 easy steps:

1. Use a hex key to remove the locking screw in the head
2. Gently pull out the internals of the switch
3. Take the new switch out of the packaging and remove the tape
4. Install the new switch in the same direction as the old one
5. Make final adjustments and tighten the hex key on the plate
6. Test your system with and without flow using a multimeter

The Series V6 Flotect® Flow Switches is surprisingly compact, and specifically engineered to monitor liquid, gas, or air flows. Time tested in thousands of pipeline installations and processing plants around the world, this series is weatherproof, designed to meet NEMA 4 and explosion-proof (listing included in specifications).
