Replacing the cutting discs on a Malco TSPC1 requires removing the upper and lower cutting discs, installing the replacements and properly adjusting the lower disc and micro adjustment set screw.
After installation, the lower cutting disc should just contact the upper cutting disc while still rotating freely. Always verify free rotation again after tightening the lower cutting disc assembly jam nut and making the final micro adjustment.
