When your stove-top burner heats up but doesn’t respond properly to the control dial, the burner control needs to be replaced. In this video, a Hotpoint burner control, sometimes called an infinite switch, is removed and replaced. Unable to find an exact replacement for this 25 year old control, we had to modify the old control dial to make it fit a universal replacement.
