Here we show how to replace the hose pump on a Hoover Shampooer. This is applicable for most Hoover Spin Scrub Shampooer models including FR50152, FH50130 Power Scrub, FH50140 Turbo Scrub, FH50150 Power Scrub Deluxe, FH50151 Power Scrub Deluxe, FH50152 Power Scrub, FH50153 Power Scrub Deluxe Pet, FR50152 and FH50152 FR50152 Pro Series.
Here we have a Hoover Spin Scrub Shampooer which works when set to the carpet setting, but not when the upholstery tool is attached. These machines have two different pumps, one for ground spray and one for hose spray. If the hose is not spraying but the base is, you likely have an issue with your hose pump.
