In this video Maxx shows you how to repair and renew an old foam-injection mold larp weapon by using plasti-dip, E6000 adhesive and leather to wrap the handle of a Calimacil Viking (Short) Sword.
Given enough time, even the most resilient larp weapons will break down, tear, or just so signs of use. This is one simple and cheap way to give you good results that can buy you another year or more of use out an old weapon, or allow you to make it look great for use as a prop if it is going to be retired.
All you need is some plasti-dip, flexible glue and some leather strips.
