Before you apply a garage floor coating, it's important to fill any small cracks or divots in the concrete.
Rust-Oleum Patch & Repair is a two-part epoxy that creates an even surface and helps strengthen the concrete prior to coating your floor.
Before you start, be sure that the concrete floor is dry and clean. This includes removing any dirt and debris from the cracks.
You'll need a clean piece of cardboard and a putty knife to mix the two parts together. Mix the two parts of epoxy, using two parts of the base labeled B with one part of the activator labeled A.
Make only what you'll use in 20 to 30 minutes because the epoxy will harden and you don't want to waste it. Be careful to not allow any mixing within the separate containers.
Spread the epoxy evenly on any places on the concrete floor that need repairing, and use a putty knife to level and smooth it out.
When you're done, let the patching cure for eight hours.
