How to remove a bad car dent or crease. Push out. Filling. Sanding. Spraying. DIY methods for dent removal But first I tried those dent puller kits, which work on small dents, but, as I found out, not on creases. Then it’s on to pushing it out, which makes a bit of a mess of the surface as it was already creased, so filling, sanding and spraying is the next job.
Be very careful not to breath in paint vapours as 2 pack paints can cause permanent asthma. Use a face mask with a fresh air line or failing that use the below mask in well ventilated areas:

Look on Amazon or ebay for other stuff like wet n dry sandpaper, electric sander etc. It is probably best to look up your local automotive paint shop for paint supplies. Note that 2k (two pack) paint is only meant to be see on classic cars not moderns, but it is an easier to use paint that doesn't need baking on like acrylics. However don’t breath in the vapours, as mentioned earlier. Read all safety instructions. It is your own responsibility to look after yourself.
