Now that I've finished my No HUD playthrough, I'll show you how to remove the HUD in Def Jam Fight for NY.

TLDW:
1 - Have your PCSX2 set-up and ready to go
2 - Go over to Config - Video (GS) - Plugin Settings
3 - Tick 'Enable HW Hacks' and click on 'Advanced Settings and Hacks'
4 - Go to Skipdraw Range, set it to 1-100
5 - There you go, HUD removed.

Step 4 extra info: I personally use 1-17 to make my Def Jam look a bit better. *The value 1-17 doesn't remove the HUD, only 1-100 and above*
