Here’s sharing another tutorial on how you can make head loops for your masks. (Great option for hijab-wearers!)

Head loops take the pressure off your ears and are more comfortable to wear for long hours. They do use up more material however.

Masks sizes from XS to XL

Approximate guide for your elastic length
1 continuous strip of 60cm to 80cm or
1 continuous strip of 24 inches to 32 inches.

* Please note that these recommended lengths are only a guide. It really depends on how stretchy or thick your elastics are. Please make your own adjustments to suit your needs.
