Learn how to recover cells from a leukocyte reduction system (LRS) cone, also known as an LRS chamber, by following this step-by-step protocol video. LRS cones are an excellent source of human mononuclear cells, including monocytes and lymphocytes—particularly T cells—and are depleted of most granulocytes and platelets.
