Problem: How to record screen on Ubuntu 20.04?
(without audio)

Solution 1:

Hit the below keys using keyboard

ctrl + alt + shift + R

This will start screen cast for 30 sec

Hit the same keys again to stop it earlier.


To modify/increase time run the below command

sudo apt install dconf-editor

and now open it

dconf-editor

search for

/org/gnome/settings-daemon/plugins/media-keys/max-screencast-length

change the default time
