If you have issues, try these OBS settings!

Set NVIDIA encoder
In settings go to "Output"
Set the output mode to "Advanced"
Click on the "Recording" tab
Set the "Recording Format" to Fragmented MP4 (.mp4)
Set the Video Encoder to NVIDIA NVENC H.264
Set Audio encoder to "FFmpeg AAC"

NVIDIA Encoder settings
Further down on the page find "encoder settings"
Set CBR at 50,000 or use CQP with a CQ level of 20
Set Keyframe interval to 1 - This will make the file easier to edit
Tuning: High quality
Multipass mode: Two passes (Quarter resolution)
Profile: High
Look-ahead: On
Psych visual tuning: On
GPU: 0
Max b-frames: 2
