There is a really easy way to record the audio from your phone, to your PC. This works on both Android and IOS!
This is free if you have an AUX cable laying around, and it is very cheap otherwise!
Also if your phone doesn't have a 3,5 mm headphone jack and you lost your dongle, there are some dongles below (:
This doesn't require any kind of jailbreak and root since your phone thinks your PC is a headphone
