This video takes you through the process of me draining my Long Range battery down below 10% and recharging it back to 100% at a 250kW Supercharger. This is one of the best ways to reset your BMS system to get a more accurate number of where you stand on your battery. I'm unaware of how this is performed on LFP batteries since you can charge those batteries up to 100% daily.
Doing this every once in a while can be crucial just in case your battery is losing more than usual which could warrant a Service appointment to get checked out.
Doing this will not increase your range but you may see an increase once the BMS has a better understanding after you drain the battery and charge it back to full. DO NOT LET THE CAR SIT THERE ON 100% PLEASE!
