1. Koreatown (cheapest, no parking usually, central, good if you're a city person)
2. Mid-Wilshire (a little more expensive, with parking usually, central, corporate-sh)
3. Culver City (where you go to be closer to the beach but not pay a million dollars)
4. Palms (West Side, not yet gentrified, best tacos)
5. East LA: Silver Lake, Echo Park, Highland Park (for the hipsters, guest houses, go or the 365)
