There was a time in my life when I used to drink a lot of alcohol. I decided to stop drinking on my own and the method that I used is explained in this video. Quitting drinking alcohol is not the same for everyone and some people may need to get professional help/treatment. I was not an alcoholic but drinking was causing disruption in my life.
