Pinching or A framing is a common double poling problem that I see with my in person and Fast Track On Line cross country ski lessons. If you are interested in my On Line Fast Track programme contact me at k2nicol@gmail.com. Pinching is when your poles grips come together and baskets are flared out. Since double poling is used both in classic and skate skiing it makes sense to do this as efficiently as possible.
