This is a good way to catch a 19lbs regular fish, if you've already gotten the Legendaries before this challenge. On the spot shown, you can catch a fish quickly without the long reeling battle. If you go to the spot and do not see any large fish with Eagle Eye, save and re-load until you do. You'll see some 17-18lbs most of the time, but keep trying and eventually you'll get the 19lbs for the challenge.
