This isn't an in-depth tutorial, it's just meant to underline the process and show you the general structure of my track.
The key ideas you should have in mind while making a track is:
1 - Layering: it enables you to give depth and character to any sounds you are working on. As you saw in the tutorial my main pluck was actually made out of 3 layered sounds ( 0:05 )
2 - Organising: Each element needs to fit within the track, so take out what's not needed, and think the track as a painting, each colour needs to be well balanced to create a general flow within the composition.
3 - Creativity: This has been said over and over again but creativity is truly the way to go, my track has been made using stock plugins, and a lot of automation. Often it isn't about the plugin itself but the way you use it.
Hope these small tips will help you with your upcoming music projects :)
