Most common reason bunker won't seal or reseal:


Halfwall was placed snapped to bunker triangle foundation
AND/ OR
Base foundation(s) build off bunker triangle foundation.


If you place halfwall and seal correctly, then REPLACE a foundation (or just have none connected) building off the bunker foundation your will NOT be able to reseal it.

NOTE:
the bunker foundation is the least important piece of the build and is mainly for non-honeycombed micro-bases, or to have something to connect to later on the outside. It could absolutely be omitted if the empty foundation space is okay for your design, thereby eliminating some of these types of snapping errors and also saving you one twig build-back initially, so long as you can maintain stability of the bunker while building.
