Since I've shut down my second channel, OTK Garden & Preparedness, I'm bringing some of those videos over here so everything is in one place. This is one of them. I hope you find it useful!
I like to stock my pantry with a wide variety of meats and vegetables. Chuck roasts is one of my absolute favorites, and when I can buy up some of these on sale, I often will. They might go in my freezer for a while (aside from the one I might cook for supper right away), but I always like to can some up because we love having these as quick and easy meals any day of the week. It's especially good with mashed potatoes.
The canning time on this is the same as anything with beef, chicken, or pork: 75 minutes for pints and 90 minutes for quarts.
