RULES:
The object of the game is to be the first to score 5 points. Shuffle the pet peeve deck and place it facedown on the table. Give each player a set of three rank cards, which include “most”, “middle”, and “least”. The oldest player goes first the play proceeds clockwise.
On your turn, draw 3 pet peeve cards and place them in a faceup line in front of you. Now, arrange your rank cards facedown underneath each, ranking the cards from least annoying to most annoying. You may not discuss or indicate how you are ranking the cards. You must rank honestly.
Once your ranks are locked in, every other player tries to match your ranking by placing their rank cards facedown in the same order as you. To avoid confusion, all cards should be placed in the same left to right direction as you. Once everyone is ready, you reveal your rank cards. Then, beginning with the next player clockwise, each player reveals their ranks and points are scored.
Players score 1 point if they matched every rank card correctly. If not, they score 0. Record the scores then discard the pet peeve cards and your turn ends and the next player goes. Repeat this process until one player has 5 points, then they are the winner. If it is a tie, then play more rounds until there is only 1 winner.
